Construction Site Security Specialists
Professional Security Solutions for Building Sites
Construction sites remain one of the most targeted environments for theft and vandalism. Valuable tools, plant equipment, fuel, copper, electrical materials and machinery are often left unattended outside working hours, making effective security essential.
At Beecham Security Ltd, we work with construction companies, developers, contractors and site managers to design security systems that protect people, equipment and property throughout every stage of a project.
Whether you require temporary protection during construction or a permanent security installation for completed developments, we can provide scalable systems that meet your exact requirements.
Our experienced engineers assess every site individually, ensuring cameras, alarms and access control systems are positioned to maximise coverage whilst remaining practical for busy working environments.
How it works
Key features
Security designed for active construction sites. Every construction project is different, which is why we create bespoke security systems rather than one-size-fits-all solutions.
High Definition CCTV Surveillance
Monitor your site 24 hours a day using high-definition CCTV with remote viewing, motion detection and recorded footage to help identify theft, trespassing and criminal damage.
Intruder Detection
Protect compounds, cabins, storage containers and completed buildings with professionally installed intruder alarm systems that immediately alert authorised personnel when activated.
Access Control
Control who enters your site with keypad, fob, card or biometric access systems, helping prevent unauthorised visitors while creating a clear audit trail of site access.
Remote Monitoring
View live footage from your smartphone, tablet or computer, allowing project managers to check on multiple sites from anywhere.
Temporary & Permanent Installations
Whether your project lasts a few weeks or several years, we install security systems that can be adapted as your site evolves.
Integrated Security Solutions
Combine CCTV, alarms, automated gates and access control into one complete security solution that provides maximum protection with simple day-to-day management.
Construction Site Security
Why Site Security Matters on Construction Projects
Construction sites carry a level of risk that few other environments share. Open perimeters, changing workforces and expensive plant left standing overnight make active building projects a regular target for both opportunist and organised theft.
A properly designed system does far more than record an incident after it happens. It deters intruders before they act, controls exactly who can enter the site and gives project managers full visibility of what is happening at every stage of the build.
- Deter theft of tools, plant, fuel and materials
- Protect site cabins, compounds and storage containers
- Control and record every entry to the site
- Provide clear evidence for insurance claims
- Reduce programme delays caused by damage and downtime
- Monitor site activity and progress 24/7

How it works
Our Process
We will always give our customers clear and friendly advice throughout the design and installation phases. Here is a simple break down of the steps each customer would expect for a new intruder alarm installation.
1. Quotation
Clear, simple pricing via our website or on-site visit gives customers precise information on cost and installation with no hidden fees. A full breakdown quotation will be emailed to the customer and will require approval from the customer. Our alarm installer Essex specialists will conduct a thorough assessment of your property vulnerabilities and security requirements.
2. Installation
During the booking stage we will confirm the length of installation so an installation date can be confirmed. On the installation date, the engineer will send confirmation and tracking text. On arrival the engineer will go through the intruder alarm positioning with the client to ensure satisfaction with sensor placement and control panel operation.
3. Testing, Commissioning & Handover
At the end of the installation the engineer will fully test and commission the intruder or burglar alarm system, during this stage all paper work will be completed and sent over to the client. Finally the engineer will demonstrate the system operation and answer any questions the client has about controlling and managing their security system.
4. Warranty & Service
All installations by Beecham Security come with 12 months warranty from the date of installation. Any issues within these dates will be rectified free of charge. 11 months after the installation a no-obligation service agreement will be emailed to the client which shows service details and costs for ongoing maintenance by one of the most trusted alarm companies Essex has to offer.
