2. Installation

During the booking stage we will confirm the installation timeframe so a convenient date can be arranged. On the installation date, the engineer will send confirmation and tracking information. Our technician will professionally install your complete alarm system with all included components and demonstrate basic operation.

3. Testing, Commissioning & Handover

At the end of the installation the engineer will fully test and commission the alarm system, during this stage all paperwork will be completed and provided to you. The engineer will demonstrate how to operate your system using both the control panel and mobile app, answering any questions about your new security system.

4. Warranty & Service

All installations come with lifetime equipment warranty as part of your subscription. Any issues will be rectified free of charge with included call-out service. Your subscription includes annual remote service and bi-annual on-site maintenance visits to ensure optimal system performance and reliability throughout your contract.
